Wednesday: children 5-8 5:30 to 6:00 children 8-12 6:00 to 7:00 and adults 7:00 to 9:00

Friday: same schedule except no children 5-8

Sensei Sam Tower, pictured below on the left practicing advanced forms with Sensei Jonathan Zundel, is a long time student and advocate of Funakoshi Karate (looks like sensei Zundel needs to get his heel up more)
